Herron House was named top independent Licensed Retail Training Company at the National Inn keeping Training Awards in 1992 from this success the MOD asked us to design and implement a four week residential Resettlement course; which has won two awards, including a National Training Award, 2003.Originally MOD sponsored and latterly a CTP Preferred Supplier, Herron House has continually amended and updated the course to ‘stay in tune’ with changes in our Industry. In September 2001 Alan Herron, the Course Director and Principal Tutor, was awarded the prestigious FBII.t.p. (Fellow of the British Institute of Inn keeping - training professional) membership grade as a result of development work carried out on the Resettlement Programme on your behalf under the guidance of Conrad Lashley, Professor of Hospitality Management at Leeds Metropolitan University.
